DollysCouture.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost, or in worst case, refund the payment made.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. If it is not mentioned separately, the shipping charges can be considered included in the price. For multiple products ordered the programe adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

About Our Delivery and Shipping Services
We provide shipping within India and to multiple locations outside India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.
In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.
Further, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by You
(i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be
claimed from You.
Summary of Shipping Charges
Please see below a list of the shipping charges that may be levied on your order placed with us, basis the delivery location and preferred mode of payment:
• Shipping Charges for Delivery Within India
• We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders above ₹5000. For orders (both prepaid and otherwise) with a total amount less than ₹5000, we charge a nominal fee of ₹250. towards the shipping and handling charges.
• The option to pay for your order at the time of delivery (“Cash on Delivery”) is available only in selected pin codes within India, and is subject to internal policies of Dolly’s Couture.
• Shipping Charges for Delivery Outside India
• We provide shipping to international locations. Please note that an additional charge of ₹2600 is levied for all articles, and is subject to internal policies of Dolly’s Couture towards the shipping and handling charges.
• Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not available for orders being shipped to international locations outside India.

Our Dispatch Policy:
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timeline takes into consideration such orders for which we may have to sometimes make a new piece based on your order. However, if your order is already available with us in the desired size, we dispatch it within 3 working days from the date of successful placement of you order. Payment gateway takes 24-48 hrs. to confirm the payment to check for
fraudulent transactions. Shipment/delivery time of order processing starts
from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed
with Dolly’s Couture. Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 7
working days, once payment is confirmed. However, certain categories of
products have different lead-times for delivery due to the nature of the
product. Do check the delivery timelines for each product while ordering. Dolly’s Couture shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of
purchased goods in the event of flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause
that is beyond the control of Dolly’s Couture.
For custom made orders, please note that ready to wear pieces are typically shipped within 2 weeks, and for customised products, it may take up to 4 weeks. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the ‘Order Summary’ page of our website at the time of placing the order. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via email provided by you while placing the orders.
Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1 – 4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery within India and 2 – 7 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on our or the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest. Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:
Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and the same shall be borne by you. Please note that Dolly’s Couture has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information. Additionally, when ordering from the Website you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at+9198130461818 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If we do not have extra product available to be sent as replacement, we may request additional time for the product development/procurement, or will refund the total amount paid by you. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
